The judge of the Barcelona Court has sentenced the twins Pilar and Dolores Vázquez Alarcón to up to 20 years in prison for the murder of Pedro Fernández, the boyfriend of one of them, 55 years old, in July 2021 in the Can Llonch neighborhood. from Sabadell.
As indicated in the sentence to which La Vanguardia has had access, Pilar has been declared “criminally responsible author of a completed crime of murder, with treachery” and sentenced to 16 years in prison. The sentence imposed on his sister Dolores is greater: 20 years in prison and absolute disqualification, as well as the same prohibition of relationship or communication with Pedro Fernández's daughter.
The magistrate has also imposed a 17-year sentence on Isaac Gil González, Pilar's partner, for the same charges leveled against the Vázquez twins. In addition, both he and the two sisters must pay the costs of the judicial procedure, as well as those of the private prosecution.
