The PP demands that Bolaños, Calviño, Montero and Marlaska appear in Congress

A month after Pedro Sánchez was sworn in as president, and almost five months after the elections, Alberto Núñez Feijóo is still unable to question Pedro Sánchez in a control session, while he waits for the president's call to meet. But the PP has mobilized its heavyweights in Congress to raise with different Government ministers the issues that concern it most, such as amnesty, lawfare and negotiations with Junts in Geneva, with the existence of a mediator.

Cuca Gamarra will question Nadia Calviño about the economy, but then the PP will focus on what it has been putting at the forefront of its opposition work. The most direct question has been entrusted to Cayetana Álvarez de Toledo, who will ask Félix Bolaños: “What is the exact contribution of the amnesty law to coexistence between Spaniards?”

Juan Bravo will ask the fourth vice president and vice secretary of the PSOE, María Jesús Montero, if she still thinks that the amnesty is unconstitutional. While the person responsible for institutional policy, Esteban González Pons, will question Fernando Grande-Marlaska about whether he believes that the judges prevaricate, “as his Government has repeatedly stated.”

For his part, the PP spokesperson, Miguel Tellado, will delve into the Government's problems, after the clashes between Yolanda Díaz and the vice presidents Calviño over the increase in the interprofessional minimum wage, or Teresa Ribera, over the tax on large electricity companies. .

The control session will take place after the bill on the amnesty has been taken into consideration on Tuesday, and on the same day that the independentists get Congress to approve the creation of a commission of investigation on the Catalunya operation and another on the Pegasus case, thus fulfilling the program signed by the PSOE with its partners for the investiture.

While waiting for the president to attend the control session, the PP will display frenetic opposition activity. The popular parties have also requested the appearance of the four vice presidents and all the ministers. In the case of Félix Bolaños, Minister of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts, the PP requests his presence in different appearances, one in the Democratic Quality commission, so that he can talk about "why he has lied to everyone's face." the Spaniards”, as explained by the PP spokesperson, Miguel Tellado. Bolaños will also have to appear before the Constitutional and Justice commissions, where the amnesty, lawfare and the PSOE agreements with Junts will be addressed.
