The Maresme joins the celebration of the Catalan peasantry

Next weekend, September 30 and October 1, a new edition of 'Benvinguts a Pagès' will be held, the Catalan peasant festival that aims to promote local products and highlight the rural world. About twenty farms and establishments in Maresme join the initiative, offering different types of activities that are committed to responsible and local consumption and that represent a different type of tourism with great added value.

The open days at the Maresme orchard, which can now be booked, offer the possibility of visiting the fields and farms that provide km 0 products, immersing yourself in the local primary sector and discovering everything that is produced in the Maresme. There will also be a special activity at the Cooperativa Agrària La Baixa Tordera, where a tasting of local products will take place and the history of the town and the entity will be explained.
