The Homicide Group is investigating what happened and was looking for the victim's uncle, a 54-year-old Spaniard, who allegedly killed his nephew with a shotgun he owned in the hallway of the house where they both lived. After the arrival of the forensic judge, the body was lifted and sent to the Forensic Anatomical Institute.

The wanted man responds to the initials Javier P.S., has no criminal record and allegedly fled with the murder weapon in a Saab car he owned. The Civil Guard has expanded the search to the Community of Madrid, the Toledo town of Lucillos and the province of Guadalajara.

The deceased's sister told the agents that hours before what happened she was attacked by the alleged murderer, also her uncle, who had threatened her with the shotgun. And that's why she had filed a complaint. And when she wanted to warn her brother about what had happened, she and her mother found him dead in the house.

Some neighbors of the building where the events took place had been surprised by what happened because they assure that the alleged murderer was "a very normal person and people who had never caused problems."
