Undercover agents of the Secretariat arrested the five men, members of a criminal gang dedicated to robbing homes in different states of the country, on Thursday night on the expressway known as Periférico, in the southern part of the capital.

On August 21, Bosé confirmed on his official Instagram account that, three days earlier, on August 18, he had been the victim of a violent assault at his home in Mexico City, where a group of 10 armed individuals held him. him and his children for more than two hours.

After months of monitoring several vehicles in different locations in Mexico City, "Rolando 'N' or Juan Leonardo 'N' of Colombian nationality was identified, who was using one of these cars," the head of the SSC-CDMX, Pablo Vázquez.

After this, he specified that on the night of Thursday, December 28, in a first action, SSC agents arrested Rolando 'N' and his companion Joel Steven 'N' in flagrante delicto in the vicinity of the San Jerónimo Lídice neighborhood, in the Magdalena Contreras mayor's office, south of the metropolis.

He said that during the follow-up, the subjects presented "unusual behavior" so, "given reasonable suspicion, it was decided to act preventively."

During the arrest, a firearm, a magazine, six special 38 caliber cartridges were found, as well as 300 doses of a substance with the characteristics of cocaine, three cell phones and cash, as well as mallets, ropes, chisels, gloves, tweezers and screwdrivers.

The police chief highlighted that the investigation discovered that these subjects, related to the home robbery, "are of foreign nationality and are characterized by using high-end automobiles to transport themselves, they communicate by telephone in a conference, they always come armed, and They use ropes, chisels and mallets.

In addition, they operate in high-value areas, where they change the license plates and the color of the cars in which they are transported.

"We have information that allows us to establish that this gang has had operations in the states of Veracruz, Puebla, Guanajuato, the State of Mexico and Nuevo León," said Vázquez.

After overcoming the state of "shock", Bosé presented on August 24, almost a week later, before the Attorney General's Office of Mexico City (FGJ-CDMX), a complaint for the crime of house robbery with violence. .

Then, the Prosecutor's Office ordered the intervention of detectives from the Investigative Police (PDI) to interview other possible witnesses to the events and analyze images from public and private video surveillance cameras that have recorded the illegal act.

"They attacked us, they tied my children, the house staff and me for more than two hours," the 67-year-old interpreter said then in a publication on his official Instagram account.

The Spaniard, who clarified at that time that he would not leave Mexico, said that everyone was fine, although the thieves took "everything, including the car" and that the crime seemed to be "very studied and meticulous."
