The Court of Alicante has sentenced a 44-year-old woman to one year and six months in prison who tried to introduce different narcotic substances in a hidden condom in her vagina during a visit to her sentimental partner, a prisoner in the Fontcalent prison ( Alicante).
The specific sentence that the officials subjected the woman to a search when she was going to have an interview with her partner and, in that verification, a hidden condom was found inside the vagina in which she stored 29.27 grams of cannabis resin , as well as 12 pieces of blotting paper containing 0.24 grams of LSD.
The text, issued by a Second Section court, details that the cannabis resin would have acquired a price of 186 euros in the illicit market and that the value of the seized LSD would have been 141 euros.
The woman acknowledged the facts at the beginning of the trial, held on March 21, for which the court agreed to impose the sentence proposed by the Prosecutor's Office, one and a half years in prison, in addition to a fine of 250 euros.
However, the sentence also agrees to the suspension of the custodial sentence for a period of three years on the condition that the convicted person does not commit a crime again.
