Queen Camilla chose Spain to disconnect during her leave due to "work exhaustion"

The British royal family is experiencing one of the most chaotic periods in memory. King Charles III continues on sick leave and undergoing treatments after announcing that he suffers from cancer, while his son, Prince William, limited his duties and dedicated himself to the care of his wife, Kate Middleton, who underwent abdominal surgery on last January.

Queen Camilla thus became the main figure of the institution, assuming most of the functions at the age of 76. A task for whose demands she did not seem prepared, since according to the local English press, the queen was "exhausted" by her responsibilities and, therefore, she decided to take a week off. Her destination, being able to choose any point on the globe, was none other than Spain.

Since it was publicly announced that King Charles III's health had suffered due to his cancer diagnosis, his wife has participated in more than a dozen official engagements. A busy schedule that caused the consort to decide to take a few days off.

Their destination, Ciudad Real, a place chosen by the queen consort to enjoy a few well-deserved days of rest after going around fulfilling all kinds of commitments. The information was given by journalist Marisa Martín-Blázquez in TardeAR, who explained the reason for the queen's choice.

"They put her in different places around the world and we had her here, in our country. Specifically in a community where hunting is very good, in the province of Ciudad Real," the journalist revealed, explaining that the consort is very fond of hunting and practices the activity to disconnect. "The ban on small game is closed, but she has come to hunt partridges," she added.

Queen Camilla would have moved to Ciudad Real, where she stayed in an exclusive estate where other famous people who are fond of hunting have also stayed, such as King Juan Carlos. The place, which has its own private heliport, has all kinds of amenities and guarantees absolute privacy.

Queen Camilla returned to her duties after her visit to our country and resumed her official agenda, this time accompanied by Prince William, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, Princess Anne, the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester and the Duke of Kent. They all gathered to attend the Commonwealth Day commemorative services, held at Westminster Abbey.
