A case that was opened at the request of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office and in which the businessman Alberto Luceño is also involved.
As he is accused, Medina would have charged close to one million euros for these movements. And he would have been the one who would have had contact with the City Council, taking advantage of his status as a public figure. For this reason, an oral trial was opened for a continuing crime of aggravated fraud and a continuing crime of forgery in a commercial document.
A piece of news that brought cold water to Naty Abascal, who since then decided to gradually move away from the media spotlight. Still, his nightmare is not over. According to the aforementioned magazine, his son would have zero finances and the model could be forced to help him financially.

In order to deal with everything, Abascal's son had to put his part of the inheritance of his paternal grandmother, the Duchess of Medinaceli, at the disposal of the judge.
