Nagore gives the latest update on his state of health after his operation: "It has been very hard, I have never felt so much physical pain"

Nagore Robles has not had a good time in recent months. The television collaborator has become one of the best-known faces on the national scene since her controversial participation in Big Brother 11 and it is not surprising that her health problems have worried many.

She herself was in charge of revealing that she was going through a period of very intense pain in her back due to dehydration and a herniated disc. ''I'm scared, that's the truth. "I'm afraid of never feeling my body as I always did, of not being able to make all the plans I've always made without thinking about whether my back is going to allow it," she said before undergoing surgery.

After all this, the presenter has been able to rebuild her life and return to normal little by little. And it was during the premiere of Reina Roja last Sunday where she did not hesitate to address this topic for the Europa Press cameras. "I had an operation on my back, I am recovering, I am very happy. This week I am starting training, so I am very happy, little by little," she began to relate.

Faced with these difficult moments, she has assured that she has relied on herself first. Even so, she has needed the support of many: "In my therapist, in my doctor, in my trusted physio, in my friends, my family and the people who have loved me all my life."

As he has related, everything he has experienced has been the worst experience of his life, since "he had never had so much physical pain." So much so, that she claims that she has greatly empathized with people who suffer from chronic pain. Hurt, she has assured that she has behaved very badly when even the medications did not work. "And the mind often has a defeatist attitude that in the end is normal," she stated.

But if there is something that really excites him right now, it is being able to do one of his favorite sports again: surfing. Nagore Robles is a lover of surfing, something she thought she would never do again. "My physio says that this summer I will be catching waves, so I'm happy," she said, visibly happy.

Likewise, he wanted to comment on the "strength" he says he has and emotional maturity. And he believes that if you don't have it "innately" you have to go to specialists to get it. He is clear that going to therapy is necessary for many.

Among other things, he calls for therapy in public health so that "everyone" can have access to it. "I think it is very necessary to have your weekly therapy session, not to have it every four months," she added emphatically.

And now, this Tuesday, Nagore has taken to his social networks to give news that has made him very excited: "Here I am stretching because I am starting my first day of training, in a professional training center, not from home. And the truth is "I've been waiting for this for months, ever since I started having back pain. I haven't exercised since September. So I'm really looking forward to it and here I go."
