Miquel Real and Francesc Gamero are summoned to testify as investigated on November 8

The former chief of staff of Mónica Oltra Miquel Real and the former undersecretary of that Ministry Francesc Gamero will declare as investigated on November 8 in the framework of the case opened for an alleged concealment of the case of the minor who suffered abuse by the then husband of Oltra.

Both had been summoned to testify last January, but this decision was suspended until the summary of the two separate pieces opened - in which thousands of emails have been analyzed without finding any evidence against Oltra - was carried out, a decision which has recently been adopted.

The Investigative Court number 15 of Valencia, in a procedure to which EFE has had access, has agreed to call Real and Gamero to testify on November 8 at 5 p.m., and the following day at the same time to two employees of the day center to which the minor victim (who is now of legal age) frequently went.

On November 23, the minor's boyfriend and father of her two children was called to testify, and on December 13, the victim of sexual abuse will do so - in both cases at 5 p.m.

The aforementioned court is investigating a total of 15 people to try to clarify their participation in the opening of an informative file or confidential information with which they supposedly tried to hide the case or discredit the minor who suffered abuse at the hands of her then husband. de Oltra, who was sentenced to five years in prison and whose sentence is expected to be reviewed by the Supreme Court.

The abuse for which Oltra's ex-husband was convicted occurred in 2016 and early 2017. The minor told what was happening to a worker at the center in February 2017, but the competent Administration only prepared an internal report. Months later, in June 2017, the minor insisted on filing a complaint with the Regional Police, and it was at this time that the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office opened investigation proceedings.

At the conclusion of the process against Oltra's ex-husband, who was sentenced to five years in prison, the harassed minor, legally represented by a historic leader of Spain 2000, and with Vox and Gobierna-te as popular accusations, has initiated a judicial process against the Department.

This process is based on the alleged omission of the duty of custody and protection and aims to determine whether a crime occurred in the preparation of an internal report - which discredited his version - about what happened.

Currently, in addition to Oltra, several territorial directors of the Department of Equality, section heads, psychologists and staff of juvenile centers are being prosecuted, all of whom have already given statements as investigated.
