Lola Índigo, a revelation artist in Spain in recent years, has performed this Monday for the first time at the Cap Roig Festival in Calella de Palafrugell presenting some songs from her latest album 'Dragón' and other great hits from her short and intense musical career.

The concert started almost half an hour late, as the artist explained "due to a small accident with the van", but it didn't matter in the least to a dedicated public who shouted and chanted her name on several occasions before her, in a performance spectacular scene, came out with a long green mane from a large dragon egg located on the stage.

Miriam Doblas Muñoz, popularly known as Lola Índigo, born in Madrid 31 years ago but raised in Huétor Tájar, a town in Granada where she feels natural, demonstrated in each of the 21 songs she performed at the concert, organized by Clipper's Live with the boost from Caixa Bank, who is a great singer and dancer and eats up the stage.

The woman from Granada, initially dressed in a light silver dress, was accompanied by two musicians on drums and guitar, in addition to electronic sounds, and by eight dancers, four girls and four boys with whom she presented sexualized choreographies that provoked the exclamations of dedicated fans.

He chose the song 'An1mal', from his latest album, to start the concert and presented the rest of the songs from the album that came out in April, including 'To take care of you', 'el dragón', 'Corazones rotos', 'Show motion ', 'La Santa' and 'Las Solteras'.

All of them were very well received by a crowd with a very low average age, many adolescents and children accompanied by their parents among the 2,400 spectators, devoted to their idol, with signs asking to go out dancing with her or receive a hug, which they finally got it.

Among them Martina, a 10-year-old girl from Figueres (Girona) who sang the lyrics and danced to each of the songs that the artist performed in front of her loyal fans, many of them with glitter on their faces or wearing T-shirts that could read the name of the artist.

Other songs with which he turned on an audience excited to be there were 'Discoteka', the legendary song by Daddy Yankee and Nicky Jam 'Where are the cats', 'Turismo' or 'La tirita', the catchy song that Indigo and Belén Aguilera took out last year.

The pop of 'The girl from the school' excited a crowd that enjoyed each of the contortions and movements of the choreography of the singer and her dancers, who have shown off being in very good shape and having a great mastery of fanky and hip hop, among others.

The artist, who has interacted several times with her followers, and has said that although she did not know how to say many things in Catalan, she did know "Pan tomata, galets de Nadal y Calçots", (all of them eaten), in the middle of the concert she has changed of clothes and the silver has given way to green, the same tone as her long hair.

Lola Índigo, who has been breaking records for more than 5 years and has become one of the most complete artists on the national scene with great projection on the other side of the Atlantic, has also made the audience sing and dance with a medley with some of her hits, 'Maldición', 'Santería' and 'Mujer Bruja'.

And he has also interpreted a few verses of a new song that he has said he had never presented and whose title he has not revealed either.

The Granada-born woman thanked her audience for having bought a ticket and that the audience was full, "because it hadn't always been like that," she told them, before ending the night with two of her greatest hits.

The most critical moment of the night came with 'El tonto', a song that he performs on his latest album with Quevedo, which was sung by the crowd in full, and with his well-known 'Ya no quiero Ná' (2018), which became nothing more be published in one of the 50 most viral topics in the world.

The versatile artist will continue her tour this August in Chiclana de Frontera (Cádiz), Huelva, Algeciras and Marbella, while at the Cap Roig Festival the protagonists will be Els Catarres this Wednesday, the iconic Catalan group that after three years of silence will present their new album, “Diamants”.
