Julián Muñoz confesses his serious illness: "I have rampant cancer"

A few weeks ago, Julián Muñoz set off all the alarms with the news of his admission to a Malaga hospital after suffering respiratory failure that kept him in a very serious condition in the medical center for several days with the specialists and his family very concerned about his health. .

After being discharged, the former mayor of Marbella himself spoke about his delicate health on television, explaining that he just wanted to recover and be with his family. However, an encounter with photographers on the street, which revealed his deteriorating physical condition, ended with the former mayor confessing the true nature of his condition: he suffers from cancer.

This was confirmed by him himself a few days ago, while he was walking around his house in the company of his granddaughter - daughter of Eloísa Muñoz, in whose house he settled after requesting voluntary discharge to be able to follow the relevant medical treatment from home - and her boyfriend.

Dressed in a comfortable outfit and a cap to protect himself from the sun while walking to a beach bar on the promenade, the appearance of what was one of the most important men on the Costa del Sol shocked the reporters and photographers gathered there. Very thin and looking malnourished, he tried to show his own old good humor, raising his hand to greet reporters.

"I have galloping cancer," he revealed to those who were interested in his state of health, very emotional and almost on the verge of tears. The former mayor is experiencing the worst moment of his life, but as he confirmed to journalist Gema Fernández of TardeAR a few days ago, he is only trying to recover surrounded by his family.

It was in 2021 when the former politician managed to get out of prison after being diagnosed with a "serious and incurable illness", of which there were no details, until now. "He feels bad, nothing new," the mother of his daughters told the press a few days ago, after her release from the hospital, with whom he currently has a cordial relationship for their sake.

The former partner of Isabel Pantoja seems to want to spend as much time as possible with his family, and among them includes Fernando, partner of his ex-wife, Mayte Zaldívar; with whom he sat down to have a drink on a terrace. Since his illness became known, the former politician has led a very quiet life, far from the luxury, fame and money that he once knew.
