Joana Sanz mistakenly publishes the letter that Dani Alves wrote to her from prison

The trial of footballer Dani Alves, accused of sexually assaulting a young woman at the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona on December 30, 2022, has been decided for sentencing after concluding the hearings in the Barcelona Court. There are only a few days left for the judicial fate of the Brazilian international to be decided, for whom the Prosecutor's Office requests a minimum sentence of nine years in prison.

Next to him, unexpectedly, his still wife, Joana Sanz. The Canarian model became the protagonist of one of the days of the trial due to her statement, supporting her husband; a defense that sparked a heated debate due to the alleged "lies" that she would have told before the judge. A support, one of the few that remains for Alves, who would have liked to thank him via letter from prison.

A handwritten letter that he sent her from Brians 2 prison and that the model shared with her almost million followers on Instagram. Of course, the letter lasted online for just a few seconds, because Joana Sanz rushed to delete it immediately. However, some managed to capture it in time, as was the case with the Fiesta program, which did not hesitate to share and comment on Alves' words to his still-wife.

"Within my imperfection I learned that I cannot dedicate my time to what was, but to transform my energy into what is and what is not," the footballer begins by saying. "What I dreamed of and what I continue to dream of: I want to take all the paths with you. I was not in the wrong woman... Yes, it was you. Yes, it is you and it will always be you."

"There is not a single day, not a single moment, not a single plan that you are not there," Alves continues writing to his wife. "I pray every day for the day to come when I can see you wake up. Nostalgia is not being able to do it now," can be read in the letter, in which Alves declares his love for his still-wife. "I love you and I feel you."

Moments after deleting the publication in which she had shared her still-husband's love letter, the Canarian woman published a Story on her Instagram account where she explained that it had been "by mistake" and that the publication was intended for a group of close friends. .

"I mistakenly published something for everyone that was for 'best friends,'" the Canarian explained on Instagram. "The speed of the media is tremendous," she joked, wondering if some had "monitoring" her account on the social network with notifications.

Seconds later, he continued adding that "if everyone saw what I upload for the 'best friends' group... I'm going to stop uploading things, lest..." he told himself.

The statement in support of her husband sparked a whole debate on social networks, and the model has seen how the harassment she has suffered since the alleged rape was discovered in December 2022 has increased significantly, even receiving death threats.

After her statement, the model assured that she would be "very far away" to avoid this harassment. However, she is now in Madrid, trying to fulfill and focus on her professional commitments; her leaving aside the controversies.
