The agreement between socialists and republicans is specified in the following points:

Creation of a fund of 5 million euros to support entrepreneurship and economic activity in the city and also for the expansion of the Prometeus program to reach 500,000 euros, with the aim of facilitating access to university for young people of neighborhoods with high vulnerability.

Creation of a commissioner for Eix Besòs who will lead the urban transformation project during the mandate, with an added budget of 10 million.

Impulse of a new Mountain Neighborhoods Plan with a specific program for Ciutat Meridiana, Torre Baró, Canyelles, Montbau, Sant Genís dels Agudells or Les Plaines.

Social return plan for the Copa del América that will involve allocating 10 million euros of the municipal tourist tax surcharge to investments in the Barceloneta neighborhood.
