A person appeared this Wednesday at the Ciutat Vella Police Station of the Valencia Local Police and confessed to the murder of a homeless man. The man, a native of Mali, told the agents that he had killed two people. However, one has managed to survive the attack.
Police sources have confirmed to La Vanguardia that under the Puente del Real - in the old river bed of Cap I Casal - one has appeared, covered and with its head injured by a stone. He was dead.
Later, the same sources explain, another very badly injured man was found wandering around. Although the first information indicated that he had died from serious injuries after being transferred to the hospital, the victim has managed to survive.
At 7:15 a.m. the intervention of the CICU was requested to assist an injured man, a BLS unit was mobilized, whose health team assisted a 46-year-old man for head trauma. He has been transferred to La Fe hospital in Valencia where he remains admitted with a reserved prognosis.
