The victims stated that they fled at high speed from the scene, also on scooters, towards Avenida de los Andes. It was there when the scooter on which the 14-year-old and the 16-year-old were traveling accidentally collided with the Municipal Transport Company (EMT) bus, leaving the first injured and the second unharmed.

The boys who threatened them quickly fled the scene. They were hooded, wearing dark clothing and carrying machetes. The Municipal Police patrolled the area without being able to arrest them.
