If a few days ago the Paraguayan shared the first image of her baby, now it has been learned that she tried to reach a friendly agreement with the singer through a burofax, to which the presenter did not respond. For this reason, she has been forced to initiate the legal process for the paternity lawsuit against the artist.
The businesswoman sent this burofax as a prior step to the start of the judicial procedure, something to which she is obliged. As is known, this was received at the singer's home in Alcalá de Guadaíra - although not necessarily by him in person - since there is an acknowledgment of receipt. However, there has been no response.
This is how journalist Beatriz Cortázar told it in And now, Sonsoles, explaining that the objective of this burofax was precisely to avoid going to court and requesting a conciliation agreement. By not receiving a response, Gabriela Guillén has been forced to start the lawsuit process.
"The burofax was sent as a procedure that had to be done as a preliminary step. A conciliation was requested to do the test, to avoid going to court," explained Cortazar. "It was sent to Alcalá de Guadaíra because the alleged father must be sent. If there is no answer, the judicial process begins. It cannot be done by mutual agreement, to the court."
A step that prevents the whole matter over the baby's paternity from being resolved amicably or by mutual agreement, since "the lawsuit is already finished, presented and delivered," confirms the journalist - although the singer has not yet received it. . The model, for her part, has chosen to remain silent.
This whole matter comes to the singer at a difficult time, since he is not going through his best period in terms of health. Since the beginning of the year, Bertín Osborne has been fighting the consequences of covid, which he contracted in December of last year and forced him to cancel some concerts.
