Juan José Ballesta has been released without precautionary measures after being arrested yesterday as the alleged perpetrator of a robbery with violence. According to Efe, the Prosecutor's Office does not accuse the actor of any crime who, according to the complaint filed, during a fight with a friend he stole 50 euros in cash and a jacket valued at 200 euros.

The victim called police while Ballesta was driving away, and he was located and detained later Tuesday.
