Fragrances of Provence and other ideas to perfume your table

At this time of year when the flowers suffer from the effect of high temperatures and last a few days less than usual, I suggest opting for aromatic plants as a centerpiece, as shown in the image. On this occasion, I wanted to make an assortment that mixes thyme, mint, basil, cilantro and parsley, although you can also choose exclusively one of them. A very stimulating idea is to set the table full of only mint or basil because the smell they give off is very intense and pleasant to the senses!

Choosing plants with these characteristics has the advantage that not only will they last several weeks, but we will also be able to enjoy the perfumes that they give off and that transport us to the landscapes of Provence. In addition, they are very suitable for the tables that we are going to set during these holidays, because they fit perfectly in our residences, whether they are in the mountains or on the beach, and with any tablecloth and tableware.

Ask your usual florist to bring you small pots of this type of plants and then either put them inside small vases or also inside a glass center that you have on hand. Take freedom of how to put these plants on the table and resort to vessels that you have on hand, which will surely fit you well. Diners will appreciate the fragrance and this air of "freshness" that the table gives off.

Happy summer tables.
