Fog hat in Sant Bartomeu del Grau

I have photographed for Las Fotos de los Lectores de La Vanguardia the fog covered today at the top of Sant Bartomeu del Grau, in the region of Osona.

Normally we have it as Pubilla in the Plana de Vic and this Tuesday I photographed it from below, in Gurb, with the sun. Although Sant Bartomeu del Grau administratively belongs to the region of Osona, it is the gateway to the elevated area and region of Lluçanès.

Osona is the area of Spain with the most foggy days per year. On at least a hundred occasions the landscape is covered with this meteorological phenomenon, which is also known as "baixa joke".

If the meteorological phenomenon gives a vision of 1 km or less, it is considered fog; and if it allows you to see more than 1 km, it is better known as fog.

In these accelerated video images we can contemplate the movement of the fog crowning the mountains in this Osona landscape.
