Anthony Rubio is a fashion designer very committed to the animal world. So much so that for ten years he has organized the Pet Gala. It is a catwalk where different dogs show off authentic canine creations made of "fabrics of the best quality", according to the author himself.
But the most original part of Rubio's initiative is the inspiration he has received to make the dogs' dresses. The works are reminiscent of looks worn by artists like Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez and Billy Porter, but made for our four-legged friends.
The Pet Gala was held last Thursday and was organized in support of the animal protection entities with which the artist usually works. According to him, 33% of the profits from everything he sells go to animal rescue.
