The Badalona City Council has ordered the evacuation of another twenty-story block on Ausiàs Marc Street in Badalona, the sixth since the collapse on Canigó Street that left three people dead a month ago today.
It is number 118, adjacent to the building where action was already taken last week. As in previous cases, the evacuated buildings are all on the same block.
The block that has now been ordered vacated was inspected this Tuesday. On March 1, the evacuation of number 116, located at the back of Canigó Street, was ordered after serious cracks were detected.
