Atlas Energía, Seur, Biosca and Scania are part of the companies that will set up shop in the privately owned Torre Solé industrial estate in Lleida, which is located at the foot of the Ll-11 and the southern variant.
This was announced by the developer of the estate, Josep Maria Solanes, at the opening event that brought together businessmen and local authorities.
Solanes explained that 70 percent of the available land has already been sold, which is equivalent to more than 150,000 square meters of plots.
In this sense, each company requested an average of 10,000 square meters for its facilities. "With the desire to grow and expand into our territory," said Solanes.
This is the first industrial estate to be developed in Lleida after 15 years.
