Alves disappears and reappears on the list of FC Barcelona legends

This morning FC Barcelona had removed the image of Dani Alves from its list of club legends. Although the Catalan team has not issued any official statement revealing the reasons, they had made the decision just after learning of the sentence of four years and six months in prison for sexual assault for the Brazilian. However, after this 'disappearance' was spread through the media, the Catalan team has decided to show the former Barça footballer again on its website.

The judge has also imposed five years of supervised release on Dani Alves, removal and incommunicado detention from the victim for nine years and six months, in addition to compensation of 150,000 euros.

FC Barcelona awarded the distinction of legendary footballer to Dani Alves thanks to his extensive record at the club. In the Catalan team, the Brazilian played 408 games, where he won 23 titles: three Champions Leagues, three European Super Cups, three Club World Cups, six Leagues, four Copas del Rey and four Spanish Super Cups.

During the 125 years of FC Barcelona history, there are 102 footballers who have been named club legends. The first was Joan Gamper, founder of the entity. Players such as Jordi Alba, Sergio Busquets and Gerard Piqué, who left the club last season, have also recently been added to this list.
