Alternatives: from the traditional shine of the Rolex Datejust to the echo sculpture of Ibarrola

Reflections of light on the lugs and sides of the case enhance the refined shapes of the 36-millimeter-diameter Oyster case, dominated by the fluted bezel. On an aesthetic level, the Datejust has gone through time keeping its codes unchanged and even today, in its traditional declination, it is one of the most recognizable watches. And one of the icons of a manufacture, Rolex, which is also one of the most recognized in the world.

Bibis is the new fashion firm elevated to the category of object of desire. Each of its capsule collections is conceived as a unique, exclusive and unrepeatable project and poetically synthesizes the unique gaze and creative universe of Bibis Castañer, its artistic director.

Cristina Coma, registered nurse, aromatherapist, dietician, homeopath, and nutritionist launches her own line created "with soul and calm" to care for the skin. Fennel is one of the active ingredients in the range due to its excellent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Made to measure in 100% cotton by master craftsmen, with a woodcut finish and lacquered wood, the passion red color marks the personality of this collection fan. It is the bet that he has made for Valentine's Day by designer Olivier Bernoux who has reinvented the meaning of fans giving a fashionable twist to this delicate accessory. In his new proposals, he brings creativity, beauty and savoir faire, but above all a very current vision of this piece born in 7th century China and invented by a craftsman who was inspired by the mechanism of a bat's wing.

Olivier Bernoux's philosophy is based on the use of the noblest materials (and the most diverse: each fan is a surprise) and an exquisite work carried out in specialized workshops in Valencia with secular tradition, thus vindicating made in Spain. His fans are truly unique pieces (small or large...objects of desire) that can cost more than three thousand euros and often go with the equally unique bags that this designer also creates.

The work of the Basque artist is known for his actions in nature, generally composed of stones and trees that he usually intervenes with primary colors. It is precisely this encounter of art with nature that the gallery represents, through works that reflect their own symbology, such as allegories of astral and human figures, eyes or chains.

Ibarrola uses nature to carry out a spatial treatment in a three-dimensional physical space. He has dedicated himself to this for most of his long career, even going so far as to intervene in what was closest to him: his house, his garden and the Oma forest. His works in the landscape respond to the need to continue painting, thus transferring his concerns from canvas to nature, a new support in which he maintains the same geometries from the beginning of his career. Among his best-known actions are the Oma y Arteaga Forest, in Vizcaya; Ecoespacio O Rexo (1999), in Allariz, Ourense; the Memory Cubes (2001-2006) from the port of Llanes, in Asturias; Prosper Haniel's Coal Hill (2002), in Germany or the intervention in Muñogalindo (2015), Ávila.

All of them constitute a varied catalog of interventions and works in the public space by this fundamental artist who was part of Equipo 57 together with Juan Cuenca, Ángel Duarte, José Duarte, Agustín Ibarrola and Juan Serrano.

The first exhibition with works by the artist in the gallery coincides with the inauguration of Estación Total, an exhibition that, curated by Núria Montclús, which was inaugurated a week ago and also includes works by other creators such as Bárbara Fluxá, Mercedes Lara, Elena Lavellés , Lecuona and Hernández, Lucía Loren and Miguel Sbastida.

This collective shows a new way of making analytical-discursive cartographies through which it is possible to reflect on our way of relating to the environment and on ourselves. The incorporation of Ibarrola broadens the gallery's commitment to sustainability and the search for artistic practices with the potential to build a more habitable planet.
