In the other car, five young people from Arganda del Rey were traveling, two of them aged 26 and 23 died and three others were seriously injured and remain admitted to hospitals, with a reserved prognosis.
The injured, a man, 27 years old, another, 22, and a woman, 19, were transferred to the Gregorio Marañón Hospital, the Ramón y Cajal Hospital and the La Paz Hospital, respectively.
The City Council has expressed its condolences to the family and friends of the deceased and has shown its support to those who have their children hospitalized due to the fatal accident.
One of the deceased young people, Aitor, was the son of a Más Madrid councilor in the municipality, José Rodríguez, who noted on the social network X last Saturday that "a kamikaze driver has left five families destroyed."
