A waiter's race brings together 200 participants in Paris

A very particular course was recently held in the French capital. About two hundred waiters have participated in this unique course - about two kilometers long - where hospitality professionals have demonstrated their skills. The test consists of carrying a cup of coffee, a glass of water and a croissant on the tray.

The route has surrounded the Paris City Hall, which has allowed hundreds of Parisians to gather nearby to enjoy this historic race documented more than a hundred years ago. The race returns with strength and much expectation after thirteen years of hiatus, coinciding with the celebration of the Olympic Games that will be held this year in the capital of France.

In the video that accompanies this text, let's watch how waiters of all kinds run with their trays through the streets of the city. Some are intrepid people who manage to reach the end without spilling almost a drop of coffee or water and others who cross the finish line without a single glass standing.
