A scooter that was traveling at 59 km per hour in the city of Murcia, when Personal Mobility Vehicles (VMP) cannot exceed 25 km per hour, caused an accident by not respecting a yield, according to sources from the Local police.

The events occurred on Friday afternoon, when a Local Police Motorist Unit intervened in the Barrio del Carmen, in a road accident between an electric scooter and a car.

After checking the speed at which the VMP was traveling, the agents proceeded to file a complaint against its driver for not respecting the yield and for delimiting the VMP. In addition, the scooter has been removed to the warehouse.
