The geolocator of a stolen scooter in Valencia has allowed the arrest of two men aged 37 and 42 in Elx, accused of the theft of eight high-end electric scooters, some of them neglected and others by cutting the chain, and then moving them and selling them In Argelia.

According to the information provided by the National Police, the investigation began with the careless theft of an electric scooter that had a geolocator installed on Malvarrosa beach. Following their trail, the vehicle was located in the Santa Ana-Torrellano rural area of ​​the Elche town.

Arriving at the scene, National Police agents identified two individuals, of Algerian origin, with eight scooters wrapped in raffia to be transported, including the one from Malvarrosa, for which both were arrested.

The investigation determined that two other units had also been stolen in Valencia days before, one of them carelessly and the second by cutting the chain, and the investigations continue to find out the origin of the remaining scooters, some of them valued at 700 euros.
