A masseuse from Sant Pol who "sexually unblocked" patients is convicted of abuse

A judge has sentenced a masseuse from Sant Pol de Mar, in Maresme, for three crimes of sexual abuse, but he will not have to go to prison. The sentence is a penalty of 14,400 euros and compensation for the victims of 7,500 euros in total. In addition, he will have to spend two years without practicing as a physiotherapist.

According to the newspaper Ara, the three women denounced the masseuse for the practices he carried out. To treat some discomfort in his back, he would undress, touch their breasts, get on the stretcher, hug them and give them kisses. He told them that this way he "unblocked them sexually."

According to the judge, the condemned man's attitude clearly deviated from correct professional practice and responded to clear libidinous impulses, which led to touching that none of the victims had consented to. The physiotherapist's defense has already filed an appeal against the sentence.
