A man, around 70 years old, was seriously injured when he was stabbed this Saturday morning in the center of Tarragona.
The events occurred shortly after eleven in the morning on Rambla President Francesc Macià, as 'El Caso' reported. As explained by the Mossos d'Esquadra to the ACN agency, the victim was beaten and stabbed with a knife.
The police are conducting a search to arrest the attacker and are maintaining an open investigation.
The man has been treated by personnel from the Medical Emergency System (SEM), who have mobilized an advanced ambulance and another basic ambulance, and have transferred him to the Joan XXIII hospital in Tarragona.
