The Mossos d'Esquadra have arrested a 33-year-old man of Spanish nationality for attacking a young man with a knife, insulting him with racist expletives and stealing his wallet in the middle of Passeig de Gràcia, in Barcelona, ​​according to police sources.

The events took place this Tuesday, January 23, at noon. The aggressor was walking through the center of Barcelona when he suddenly attacked the victim, a young man of African origin but of Spanish nationality, who had to be transferred to the nearest hospital.

The agents present in the area of ​​the event intervened to intercept the perpetrator. He carries with him an accumulation of 26 criminal records and, after the attack, the crimes of robbery with violence, injuries and hate are attributed to him.
