The Mossos d'Esquadra arrested a man this Wednesday for driving recklessly and at high speed on the N-240 from Lleida to the Torreforta neighborhood of Tarragona.
The agents arrested him at 4:15 in the afternoon on Riu Tordera Street after a chase.
The man was traveling with his partner, a baby of a few months and two other minor children, who were not wearing seat belts or any safety system.
According to police sources, the detainee is a 35-year-old man with two arrest warrants for crimes against property.
The arrested person, who was brought before the Tarragona duty court this Thursday, is charged with the crimes of reckless driving and without a license due to loss of validity of points, as well as damage to the police vehicle and injuries to the officers. .
