A 49-year-old woman died this Sunday when the bicycle she was traveling on collided with a car in the Valencian municipality of Canet d'en Berenguer, according to sources from the Emergency Information and Coordination Center (CICU).
The accident occurred around 9 this morning on the CV-309 highway in the municipality of Canet d'en Berenguer, and after the crash a SAMU unit traveled to the scene to provide assistance.
The medical team has performed advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers and other stabilization techniques on the cyclist, a 49-year-old woman, but there has been no response and has confirmed her death.
