The candidate denounces in the first place the ineligibility of Soteras, who allegedly held managerial responsibilities while running as a candidate. He also denounces the existence of anomalies in the constitution of the polling stations and dozens of falsifications of electoral records, which he attributes to the leadership of the FCF. The text explains that members and collaborators of the Soteras candidacy went to the club facilities to, "through coercion and promise of favorable treatment", sign a certificate giving their vote to Soteras.
