The ex-mayor who is running for mayor again says that he will put an end to the politics of confrontation that, in his opinion, has characterized the strategy of Mayoress Ada Colau these two mandates. Xavier Trias took part yesterday in the fourth of the colloquiums that take place these weeks with the main candidates for the mayoralty of Barcelona, organized by Barcelona Oberta, the Gremi de Restauració and La Vanguardia.

Trias understands that Barcelona residents are disenchanted with the future of the city, and that the best way to recover self-esteem and the collective mood that led to the Olympic transformation of this city is for the City Council to stop punishing the sector private
