The PSOE proposes that Lobato be a senator by designation

The Socialist Parliamentary Group has registered the spokespersons that will form part of the different commissions in the XIII Legislature of the Madrid Assembly and has proposed its spokesperson Juan Lobato as senator by designation.

In the regional plenary session that will be held on Thursday of next week, the 13th, the senators of autonomous designation will be appointed and the seven senators appointed by the Assembly will be elected, reports Efe.

In principle, five of these senators correspond to the Popular Party, one to the Socialist Party and one to Más Madrid. In a statement, the Socialists have announced that they will propose Lobato, who is expected to be a senator for the first time.

In addition, the Socialist Parliamentary Group has registered its spokespersons for the different commissions and the holders and alternates of the Permanent Deputation.

José Luis García Sánchez will be the spokesperson for the Commission for the Statute of Autonomy, Regulations and Statute of the Deputy; Marta Bernardo, from the Presidency, Justice and Local Administration; Esteban Álvarez, from Education, Science and Universities; Guillermo Martín, Environment, Agriculture and Interior.

Fernando Fernández Lara will be spokesman for Budgets and the Treasury; Leticia Lorenzo Brito, from Economy and Employment; Lorena Morales, from Family and Social Affairs; José Cepeda, from Digitization, and Cristina González Álvarez, from Housing, Transport and Infrastructures.

The spokesperson for the Health Commission will be Carlos Moreno; Tourism and Sports, Mar Espinar; of Culture, Manuela Villa; for Women, Silvia Monterrubio; Youth, Sara Bonmati; for Comprehensive Disability Policies, Emilia Sánchez; Procurement Surveillance, Daniel Rubio; Radio Television Madrid, Tatiana Jiménez, and Participation, Carmen Mena.

Juan Lobato has pointed out "that this group of men and women has the mandate from the polls to be useful to the people of Madrid for the next four years."

In the same way, he has reiterated that they will work loyally but forcefully so that "the Madrid Assembly ceases to be soundproof and isolated from the reality that takes place daily throughout the Community of Madrid."
