The PSOE-ERC pact: Amnesty, transfer of Rodalies and forgiveness of FLA debt

Félix Bolaños and Oriol Junqueras have signed the pact between PSOE and ERC to add the votes of the Republicans to the investiture of Pedro Sánchez. The 13-page document does not detail the amnesty law, which is also being negotiated with Junts, but it does explain how the transfer of Rodalies will proceed, the forgiveness of 15,000 million of the Generalitat's debt from the FLA and other improvements in financing. Also planned is the continuity of the dialogue table from the last legislature and mechanisms to control compliance with the agreements based on a monitoring commission.
