More Madrid will also appear in the process against Ayuso's boyfriend for alleged tax fraud

Más Madrid will appear as a popular accusation in the judicial process opened by the complaint of the Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Madrid against the boyfriend of the regional president, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, for two alleged crimes of tax fraud and document falsification.

Más Madrid has told Europa Press that it will take this step after analyzing it in recent weeks with its legal services so that "legal responsibilities can be resolved" and "protect the rights of Madrid taxpayers."

The spokesperson for the party, Manuela Bergerot, has insisted in statements sent to Europa Press that with this movement they want to have "all the information about the alleged tax fraud" and the relations of the president's boyfriend with "the health companies that do business with our public services".

"You have to go to the end to resolve the legal responsibilities of Mr. González Amador and find out if he benefited in any way from his closeness to the president of the Community of Madrid to make his businesses prosper," the spokesperson launched.

Bergerot had already warned since the case became known that his party would use "all necessary means." Another judicial initiative is thus added to Más Madrid's offensive for these alleged crimes, which from the beginning have hinted that they could be the tip of the iceberg of "a case of corruption" and have repeatedly linked with Ayuso, mainly as a "beneficiary" of a home "that could have been paid for with money from the alleged fraud."

The party led by Manuela Bergerot has repeatedly called for the resignation of the president of the Community of Madrid and has put the focus on the private health conglomerates that operate in the region, asking for explanations from the Executive and requesting an audit of public-private management. .

More Madrid rejects that the judicial process faced by Ayuso's boyfriend does not have links with the Community of Madrid and has pointed to the press conference after the Government Council on March 13 - the day after the complaint became known - . In it, Ayuso attacked the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, for asking for his resignation and denied that his partner had a debt of 350,000 euros with the Treasury but that they owed him 600,000 euros.

"Ayuso has taken on the defense of her boyfriend's crimes and thus links her destiny to a possible tax fraudster," Bergerot launched days later in plenary session and then asked for the first time for the president's resignation as a "key to the vault of a corrupt plan that is a trademark of the PP."

Más Madrid thus joins the PSOE-M, which appeared last Monday in this case and whose request was accepted by the Investigating Judge number 19 of Madrid this Wednesday.

The socialists asked Judge María Inmaculada Iglesias to be part of the procedure as a popular action by being able to refer the case to possible criminal responsibilities, in particular, in relation to crimes against public finances and document falsification, and considering that they would be facing a case of general interest of citizens.

The PSOE argued that there was no need to file a complaint or bond because the events have their origin "in contracts related to the supply of health materials acquired during the management of the Covid1-9 crisis, and that, in any case, would affect to the general interests as it is an attempt to defraud the Public Treasury". However, they have had to pay a deposit of 3,000 euros.

Therefore, the PSOE requested his personación in representation of his affiliates and the general interest of the citizenry who presides over the actions of this organization.
