The National Police have arrested Cándido Conde Pumpido in Madrid, a well-known lawyer and son of the president of the Constitutional Court - with whom he shares a name - for an alleged sexual assault committed together with two other men, who have also been arrested.
The arrest took place last Friday and this Saturday the three were brought before the judicial authority, according to El Debate and confirmed to news agencies by sources close to the investigation.
Conde Pumpido contacted the victim on Friday night to go to his house, where two other men were also there. When the woman left the home, she reported that she had suffered a sexual assault by the lawyer and the other two men.
