The Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival, known for its dedication to the best of genre cinema, will host the screening of an animated short film made by a group of LCI Barcelona Animation graduates (class of 2023).

The short film, titled Lifetime, has been selected to compete in the prestigious SGAE New Authorship Awards, a recognition that highlights creativity and emerging talent in the world of cinema. Lifetime is a work that will surprise you with its emotional story.

The plot revolves around Clara, a carefree and genuine young woman who enjoys a full and happy life, surrounded by stability and love. However, an unexpected turn in her life makes her question her attitude towards life and her very existence.

This 6-minute fiction short film is characterized by the absence of dialogue, allowing the visual aspect and music to take center stage. Lifetime is directed by Ariadna Puigdemasa, who also contributed to the script alongside Alexandra Sörensen. The soundtrack that accompanies the story is the work of Adam Ballescà.
