Innovation, technology and entrepreneurship: training to boost your future

The digitalization of all sectors is causing changes in the labor market. The demand for professionals specialized in the technological field is growing, an unsatisfied demand because there are not enough candidates to fill newly created vacancies. The mismatch between the supply of jobs in the technology sector and the lack of professionals is causing an increase in salaries. According to the latest "Digital Talent Overview" report from the Mobile World Capital foundation in Barcelona, salaries for digital workers have increased by nearly 40% in the last four years. The training that helps meet this growing demand are specializations in artificial intelligence, big data, telecommunications, digital transformation leadership and health innovation, among others.

These are training courses taught by centers such as La Salle – Ramon Llull University (La Salle-URL), a pioneering institution and international benchmark in training and research in Engineering, ICT and Computer Science; Architecture and Building; Business and Management; Animation
