A 42-year-old man has been arrested in Madrid for alleged sexual assaults for more than a year on his partner's children, a 12-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy with whom he got into bed to touch them.
The arrest occurred on Sunday in a house on Isidra Jiménez Street, in the Usera district, and the mother of the minors, 31 years old, has also been arrested, who apparently ignored her children's complaints. Police sources have informed Efe.
The children's uncle, the mother's brother and to whom her nephews had narrated the abuse, confronted the alleged sexual aggressor that same day to reproach him for his behavior and received a punch in response, which caused an injury to his mouth.
After that, already on the street and accompanied by his sister and the children, the man requested the attention of some Municipal Police officers, to whom he told what had happened and warned about the attacks of which his nephews were supposedly being victims.
According to the uncle and the minors, for more than a year, and repeatedly, the man had been getting into his stepchildren's beds to touch them of a sexual nature.
Although they told their mother repeatedly, the minors explained, she ignored them and told them that they were lying, so the abuse did not stop.
After that, National Police agents proceeded to arrest the man, of Colombian nationality, as allegedly responsible for the sexual abuse and the mother of the children for consenting to the abuse.
