Adoption. Regarding the right to adoption by same-sex couples, an average of 64% of the world population approves it. In the case of Spain, the percentage grows to 80%, which makes it the country that most supports the right to adoption among homosexual couples in the world.

Transsexual collective. 76% of the world's population believes that it is necessary to protect the transgender community against discrimination in employment, housing and access to public places. However, measures such as the coverage of sex change operations by medical insurance have less support: 47% in favor and 39% against. In Spain, 56% of the population is in favor of this measure, compared to 34% who are against it.
