Many customers have no restraint when it comes to writing a review, even if they are wrong. There are hundreds of examples, but the @soycamarero account has just published one that draws special attention. This user criticized the lack of manners of the restaurant staff and claimed that, although he was a regular, he would not go again.
"We went for a family gathering. We had coffee and then some drinks, things dragged on and we decided to eat with the bad luck that the very threatening and disrespectful service brought us the bill and invited us to leave, because according to them they had reserved that table," explains the customer in his review.
And he encourages no one to go to the restaurant: "It's unfortunate that I often went there but after this disdain, we will not return and I hope that everyone who asks me will not either.
But the owners of the establishment did not hesitate to answer him, because the story was not as they told it. "We think that after the apologies given by your colleagues before leaving, recognizing that you had made a mistake, and letting the huge amounts of alcohol that you had in your body rest," they explain from the establishment.
The managers go further and maintain that they even left "in the cars, leaving the little girl forgotten in the restaurant, as if it were a remake of Home Alone."
Finally, they blame them for their threatening attitude towards the workers: "Our front-of-house team informed you repeatedly and politely that the tables were reserved at 9 p.m. Your attitude at all times was very aggressive, our girls had fear and even some surrounding tables had to act so that your aggressiveness did not escalate.
