Some dogs are very clumsy at drinking water and end up pouring half of it out of the home or portable bowl. The problem becomes more acute when it comes to large dogs, because they need large amounts of water to satisfy themselves. In the end, with their impetus when it comes to hydrating, they end up wetting the entire floor of the house and ruining our weekly cleaning.
But some furry dogs are capable of using resources to not put even a drop of water on the ground. This is demonstrated by a golden retriever who, every time he drinks water, wipes himself on a towel that he has strategically placed next to his water bowl.
So that he is not overlooked, his human friends have decided to turn to a piece of furniture, where his water bowl is placed. In the other space, instead of a second plate, they have put a towel.
And the golden retriever fits the bill perfectly. As seen in a video published by his owner on TikTok, the furry dog calmly drinks water in his living room. When he finishes, he turns a little and places his nose on the towel. He waits a few minutes to make sure he won't leak.
Users of this social network have been enthusiastic about the dog's ability. "He has more manners than my husband," says one. "The question is how have you managed to get him to learn," says another. And some users are resigned: "Mine prefers to make a water park at home."
