The best ideas to dress your table this Easter

We have just entered spring, when nature explodes with all its intensity, a season related to fertility par excellence. Therefore, it is time to decorate our homes with eggs and bunnies: the former symbolize the birth of a new life, the latter, due to their great procreative capacity, are associated with fertility.

Since Easter eggs are going to be the protagonists of these holidays, there is nothing better than involving the children, who can be given the opportunity to paint them to their liking. A fun and different pastime for these next few afternoons. With watercolors, markers or spray paints, the little ones will add color to the table with their crafts and imagination. Some pastry chicks can complement homemade scenery.

In the images that accompany this text you can see the eggs located in improvised nests. An original idea is to use the egg cups and, once painted, place them as decoration. An ideal ally to give a certain touch of informality to the table are natural raffia threads, which can be purchased on Amazon.

Easter is a colorful and joyful holiday, in which tones such as green or yellow are trends that prevail when choosing a tablecloth. Obviously, we are going to have to use our usual tableware, but we can always add original elements such as trays, sauce boats or ceramic plates in the shape of a rabbit. They can be obtained through Amazon or also in stores such as Maison du Monde.

These days offer us moments to have fun with the children in the kitchen, preparing cookies with molds in the shape of chickens, rabbits, eggs or carrots.

If we are thinking about a dinner, it is always advisable to light candles to which we can add a touch of color or resort to more neutral tones such as ecru. In the photos you can see both versions.

Happy Easter Sunday everyone!
