Rosalía and Rauw Alejandro publish the three songs of 'RЯ', their first joint work

The wait has come to an end this past dawn, when the sentimental and now musical couple formed by Rosalía and Rauw Alejandro have published the three songs that make up the 'RЯ' EP. It's about Kiss, Vampires and Promise, two songs to perrear and a bolero that already leaked through social networks hours before its publication. Three love songs by the couple, who have taken advantage of the Beso video clip, the first of the three that will accompany the EP, to announce their engagement after three years of dating.

Kiss, the song that opens 'RЯ', is the only one of the three that for now is accompanied by a video clip of which a small fragment has already been released through the couple's Tik Tok profiles. Along with the love song, which has accumulated almost 400,000 views in the first three hours, there are images of the couple's daily life, starting with scenes in their own home to travel to beaches, cities and concerts together. "The best thing I have is the love you give me, it gives me tobacco and melon, and Sunday in the city" sings Rosalía while kisses, caresses and complicit glances from the couple follow one another.

Vampires is the most "perreable" of the three songs, and according to the singer from Sant Esteve de Sesrovires, it alludes to the two artists' nightlife. "My gun / has no insurance, it shoots itself / It's from Barcelona but it's in Carola" the song begins, recalling the origin of the couple, Barcelona she, and Carolina, in Puerto Rico, him.

Lastly, Promesa is a bolero with surprising electronic arrangements, a genre Rosalía had already worked on, and which is very present in the couple's daily life, as they themselves explained in a recent interview with youtuber Ibai Llanos. "I want to eat cherries with you and climb all the mountains/Throw us naked in the water and then sleep on the beach," the song's lyrics say.

The three songs have been composed between both artists, who have recognized that sometimes they had differences in terms of musical aspects, although not so much in the lyrics. In a recent interview with the youtuber Ibai Llanos, Rauw Alejandro pointed out that working with Rosalía "is difficult, she is a bit intense", while the Catalan has indicated that, although she "flows" more, the singer also "has his vision, his way to do, his way of writing, his style. And he has character".
