The winning proposals in the different categories and the second prizes were announced in an audiovisual directed by the filmmaker Lluís Danés, broadcast simultaneously on TV3, Andorra TV and Catalan TV. The Valencian À Punt and the Balearic IB3 dropped out of the broadcast this year since, as the organization explained, neither had authorized the broadcast.

The awards of the III Premios El Temps de las Artes, promoted by the Fundación Francesc Eiximenis and with the collaboration of the Federación Llull and the Xarxa Vives d'Universitats, are an initiative to recognize the creativity and artistic and cultural innovation of all Catalan-speaking territories.

The program was filmed in the symbolic Model of Barcelona, coinciding with the respective centenaries of the births of Antoni Tàpies and Vicent Andrés Estellés. The symbolism is also due to the fact that it was in La Modelo, half a century ago, where the murder of Salvador Puig Antich took place.
