A new list of the best sellers on Sant Jordi gives '32 de Març', by Xavier Bosch, as the winner

The Librired platform confirms that the best-selling fiction book on Sant Jordi was 32 de març, by Xavier Bosch, and the best-selling non-fiction book was De la sabana a Mart, by Xavier Sala i Martín, according to RAC1. These data have also been accredited by the GFK consultancy, which offers publishers sales results from all bookstores, in addition to street stalls.

Librired controls book sales in the state and was created by the Spanish Confederation of Booksellers Guilds and Associations, the Book Chamber of Catalonia and the Spanish government. The list of the Gremi de Llibreters, which was made public on the same day of Sant Jordi, gave Gemma Ruiz Palà as winners, in fiction and in La Sotana, in non-fiction.

According to GFK data, March 32 was the best-selling book in all of Sant Jordi, with 13,300 copies. They are almost 500 sales more than the second novel in the fiction category, Les nostres mares, by Gemma Ruiz.

As for non-fiction, GFK's figures draw even more attention because they leave the book by La Sotana, the winner according to the Gremi de Llibreters, in third position, with just over 7,500 copies sold.

In second place is Crimes: capital sins, by Carles Porta, exceeding 10,600. And in number 1 in the category is Xavier Sala Martín. The Economist is the only non-fiction book that sold more than 11,100 copies. There are 3,600 more books than La Sotana.
